SAFETY AGREEMENT

For the safety of everyone and to ensure an enjoyable time for all, characters are not to be KICKED, PUNCHED, PULLED ON, or HARRASSED by children or adults. Normal interaction such as hugs, high fives, holding hands etc.. are perfectly acceptable. Characters will use their own judgement and be allowed to leave early if they feel that they or their costumes become at risk for injury. No refund will be issued if characters feel the need to abandon their visit. Customers will be responsible for any permanent, major damage to costumes which resulted by no fault of the character operator. By making a reservation, I agree, understand and will comply with the indicated requests.
